We are a locally owned and operated Chinese Medicine clinic serving the greater Tucson area. Our staff, with a combined clinical experience of over 60 years, utilize a combination of acupuncture, TuiNa (Chinese bodywork), cranial-sacral therapy, and Chinese herbs to help you achieve optimal health. What is the value of using Old Pueblo Acupuncture?
Where many doctors and other practitioners fail, we take the time to get to know you, your needs, and health and wellness history to create a treatment plan that is uniquely suited to optimize your recovery towards health and wellness. At Old Pueblo Acupuncture, we utilize the full range of Chinese Medicine from Acupuncture to TuiNa Therapy, PEMF to Fire Cupping, and Moxibustion to Healthy Coaching.
After coming to Old Pueblo Acupuncture, I can once again open jars by myself, sit, stand, walk, get up from bed, and get out of a chair with zero pain. I recommend acupuncture to all. May God bless Sena for the excellent work she does to help me live pain-free!

Not only great for preventative health, but acupuncture is also excellent for the daily stress that comes from day-to-day life: work, family, bills, etc. Stress can lead to anxiety, depression, insomnia, and is a contributing factor to many other diseases.

Acupuncture is the use of fine, filiform needles inserted into strategic acupoints to effect a change in the body.
Our bodies know how to be healthy, but sometimes it just needs a nudge in the right direction.
This is what acupuncture does, nudges or reminds the body to work in a more harmonious fashion.
These points are located all over the body.
However, we use points located on the arms and legs for the most part.

Did you know that every cell in our body is a little battery?
Just like the batteries in our everyday devices, they can lose their charge.
When cells lose their charge, they can't do their job.
If enough cells aren't doing their jobs, then pain or illness occurs.
In fact, chronic pain and illness is a sign of poorly charged cells (batteries); it's our body's way of telling us that it needs help!
How do we help these sick cells?
At Tucson PEMF, we can help.
PEMF is a technology that charges weak and poorly performing cells.

My experience with the PEMF was quite interesting.
A bit of history.
I've been an active senior for the last couple of decades (I just turned 80 this year!).
Almost every morning, I either hike Sabino Canyon around 6 miles or do my 20-mile bicycle ride.
I also stay active with my volleyball and softball leagues.
However, about 6 months ago, I started having difficulties with my right rotator cuff and my sciatica.
I did not want to get sidelined at all, but it became difficult to even shift my car while driving.
