Tui Na is a deep medical massage originating in China around 2300 BC. It utilizes the acupuncture points and the meridian system in the body to eliminate pain, realign joints and muscles, nourish the organ system and increase the energy flow. Q: Why did you begin acupuncture? A: I began acupuncture because I have always believed in treating the whole body.

There is more than just a physical-mechanical approach to medicine. Our experiences, diet, nutrition, lifestyle all impact our bodies. My mom introduced me to alternative medicine when I was 8 during her fight with cancer, and I witnessed how powerful connecting, touching and listening in medicine brought her more relief than traditional treatments.
