Safe, effective alternative healthcare, dedicated to helping you get back to doing what you love! Conveniently located in the Banker's Hill area of sunny San Diego. We're across from Balboa Park, easily accessible from the I-5 and 163 freeways, just minutes from downtown and the airport. Have attended several physical therapist and taken pain killers to aliviate the condition but no improvement.

Yesterday I attended the first treatment I and i can honestly say that last night was the first night ever that i was able to sleep and rest better than any treatment or pills. The service was excellent and very professional. Therapist is very knowledgeable and experience. I highly recommend. Take it from someone that has living with pain 24 hrs, 7 days a week from more than 4 months!

Acupuncture is a system of medicine which has been used in China and other Asian countries for over 2000 years.
It involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body in order to influence the flow of qi through pathways called meridians.
Our San Diego acupuncturists are YOUR partners in health and wellness.

This section provides a series of recipes designed to help restore balance to the body.
The recipes are not a substitute for medical care, but can be a fun and easy way to explore some new foods while getting healthier.
Many of the recipes in this section are my own.
Please be aware that I rarely use a measuring cup or measuring spoons in my own kitchen.
I cook by adding a pinch of this and a handful of that, and judge doneness by how the dish looks and smells, skills I learned from my grandmothers who were both wonderful cooks.
How does a practitioner of Oriental Medicine determine what is wrong and how to treat it?
The process of TCM diagnosis is quite different from the process of diagnosis in the allopathic world.
Both Western physicians and Oriental Medicine practitioners will ask for your current symptoms and medical history.
Both providers may order blood tests, saliva tests, x-rays or other imaging studies, and other tests.
Both providers will conduct a physical examination, and both will use this information as a basis for their diagnosis and treatment plan.
