Through years of experience working with prominent athletes and alongside other sports medicine professionals, I practice and always stay up-to-date with new, cutting-edge methods to treat issues. By constantly improving upon and developing my own combination of sports therapy, I have worked side-by-side with a number of professional athletes, helping them run personal bests, win titles, and even place in the Olympics.
Now, I'm providing this same method of treating sports injuries in my personal practice in San Diego. The difference between a majority of sports therapy methods and my blend of physical therapy and acupuncture is that I'm searching for a long-term solution by addressing the problem from the source, which might not always be where the pain is coming from.
Every patient is different. Some require treatment a few hours before competing, while others can be resolved in a single to a few sessions. Hyleas Fountain was a multi-sport athlete who I worked with throughout her career.

Services
Physical therapy programs are always individualized based on the patient.
I do a full-body evaluation to make sure we're covering every muscle and analyzing all possible sources of pain.
We'll ask the questions of why this is your problem, go over how we can treat it, and put you on a program with exercises for you to take home.
The goal is to treat the "why" to relieve that stress and find out how it can be resolved.
More often than not, we'll find that the source of the issue is not what you initially thought it was.
