Roots Acupuncture & Healing
Rena Mnster is a board certified acupuncturist working in Saint Louis, MO. She received her Masters of Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health, formerly Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, Maryland, the first accredited acupuncture school in the country. She received her Diplomate of Acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Rena is dedicated to offering her patients a safe space for personalized, open-minded quality care that is rooted in the Five Element Tradition. Her treatments help people get to a state of optimal health in mind, body and spirit. In addition to symptom relief, Rena works to address the root cause of illness. Beyond acupuncture and moxibustion she offers cupping, gua sha, Chinese nutritional therapy and lifestyle coaching to support patients on their healing journey.

Rena's connection to acupuncture began with her own diagnosis of arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease. Acupuncture helped her immensely to manage life with a chronic illness by providing both symptom relief and emotional support.
