My approach is to provide the finest Phoenix acupuncture & holistic clinic. I view Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine as not only a means to overcome illness, but as an approach to live a longer healthier life. Each patient is an individual whose unique set of circumstances affects their overall well-being. I take into account many things during a treatment course, including: injury, diet, emotions, environment and stress.

My goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment for the patient to find their way to optimal health in our restorative acupuncture clinic. Many people ask me how does acupuncture work? Acupuncture activates and strengthens your body's natural healing mechanisms, so it can alleviate, improve or stop the progression of many different health conditions.

Keep in mind that acupuncture has a cumulative effect in the body, so most people will require a series of treatments to achieve the best therapeutic benefit. Our sliding scale exists to keep your treatment plan affordable.

Acupuncture and the treatment of headaches will vary according to the type of headache being treated ie, cluster, tension and migraine headaches.
Headaches in Chinese medicine do not resemble the type of headaches named in Western Medicine.
Acupuncturists treat headaches caused by Liver Yang Rising, Qi or Blood Deficiency, Dampness in the Gall Bladder Channel, and other causes that sound exotic to those of us who are diagnosed with migraine headaches, cluster headaches, and other Western headache designations.
Many women and men face difficult challenges and responsibilities that may overlap or conflict, causing stress that can affect their health.
Stress can arise out of difficulties at home, in relationships, and in the workplace.
Family "well-being" includes stable relationships, and family members' ability to fulfill essential roles in the home, child rearing values and practices, and the mental and physical health and development of every family member.
Researchers are also trying to determine which workplace conditions influence employees' experiences of conflict between work and family roles; they are studying the effects of job stress on spouses and on marriage; and they are studying how parents' working conditions may affect their parenting and their children.
Acupuncture is one of the most effective non drug treatment for depression!
If you are receiving therapy and counseling for your depression and not seeing the results you would like try adding acupuncture to your health plan.
A depressive disorder is a whole-body illness, involving the body, mood, and thoughts, and affects the way a person eats and sleeps, feels about himself or herself, and thinks about things.
It is not the same as being unhappy or in a blue mood.
Nor is it a sign of personal weakness or a condition that can be willed or wished away.
