Chinese Medicine and infertility acupuncture is an invaluable resource for supporting healthy conception and addressing infertility issues.
Both modern science and ancient texts agree on this.
Many studies are proving the benefits of incorporating acupuncture into your fertility treatment approach.
Whether you're hoping to conceive traditionally and/or are working with ART methods, I am here to support your journey to motherhood.
We can address specific reproductive issues, as well as more general health factors such as stress, nutritional imbalances, or other energetic blocks that may be challenging your body's natural fertility.
Many people are turning to Chinese medicine and Acupuncture to improve fertility and what most people don't know is how beneficial Chinese medicine and acupuncture are for promoting a healthy pregnancy, from conception to birth.
As a pregnancy acupuncturist, I offer pregnancy acupuncture for every trimester as well as postpartum.
Through my studies in yoga and Chinese Medicine, I learned the importance of supporting pregnant folks.
The foundation of the child's unconscious mind is forming.
This is why it's so important for every pregnant person to experience a calm, meditative state of mind on a regular basis, along with support from their community.
When tailored to focus on the reproductive system, acupuncture has been shown to relieve and even resolve many discomforts associated with menstrual health.
Chinese Medicine has been an invaluable resource for addressing infertility issues since ancient times, as we see in the classic text Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet by physician Zhang Zhong Jing, which dates back almost 2,000 years.
Thankfully, modern medicine is finally catching on to this age-old tradition, and more and more studies are showing the benefits of incorporating acupuncture into your fertility treatment approach.
