Services
The free 15 minute consult is a way for you to ask questions about what you are wanting help with, and for you to hear about what my approach to healing is.
It allows us time to make a connection, start to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
In our comprehensive intake you will receive access to our full range of services including acupuncture, classical Chinese herbalism, bodywork, lifestyle and nutritional support, and meditation instruction.
Using these different modalities together allows for us to best address your root conditions and help you to heal from a deep place.
Classical Five-Element Acupuncture and Integrative medicine is a holistic approach that focuses primarily on acupuncture and classical Chinese herbalism but also uses body work, and dietary and lifestyle support in order to help you experience greater health and wellbeing.
When we are looking to heal we often find it difficult to get to the root of our problems, thus our conditions resurface again and again often getting worse over time rather than better.
Classical Chinese Medicine is a long tradition spanning over 3000 years of acquired empirical knowledge all of which has been focused and refined for the sole purpose of helping people to heal both the symptoms present as well as getting at the underlying conditions that are perpetuating them.
So what is meditation?
It's the process of unlearning deeply held myths and relearning the direct experience of openness.
Why can meditation be such a challenge?
It can seem at first to be a difficult task because in our modern day we are inundated with a vast array of distractions and have been taught that a life of "busyness" translates to success.
However, meditation reminds us that there may be some holes in the logic of busyness and materialistic culture.
Meditation is simply allowing ourselves to be and being present for whatever comes up.
