While working full time and pursuing her Bachelors degree in Business Management, Joni was prescribed Adderall to help her focus which only provided headaches, but Joni found solace in Transcendental Meditation (TM) and acupuncture as a way to manage the stress and stay focused.She found it helped balance her moods, ease her insomnia, soothe her body aches, allergies, monthly menstrual symptoms and so much more.
This inspired her to learn acupuncture herself and start the journey towards being a licensed acupuncturist.
