Her 17 years of working in research and pharmaceutical development, allows her to see the benefits of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine, especially with the variety of complex health issues that we face today. She strongly believes that an integrative approach is the key component to overall health and well-being.

Her private practice is located in East county, and has helped many patients with pain management, arthritis, fertility, asthma, anxiety, depression, neurological disorders, and complications due to diabetes, just to name a few.

Anyone in San Diego wanting pain relief from physical problems, mental issues, stress, etc- I can vouch for Rayne!
I have a pretty severe problem with my hands - Dupuytren's contracture.
Rayne helped to reduce the pain and severity.
Along the way, she also helped with my anxiety issues and things like smoking.
I encourage you to take advantage of her skills!
I had injured my hip and was in constant pain.
I tried physical therapy, chiropractic, nothing worked.
This modality dates back 700 years to the Ming dynasty.
It is a scrapping technique which utilizes an object with a smooth edge, preferably a porcelain spoon or a specialized gua sha tool made of buffalo horn or jade.
Oil or liniment is applied to the skin, and the tool is used to gently scrap the surface.
It has a similar therapeutic action to that of cupping, in which it helps to release the fascia and increase microcirculation to the tissues which is helpful in the healing process.
Here is a great Qigong video by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, on maintaining overall physical health.
Pay no attention to the onlookers, it is the exercise forms and her explanation of the movements that is the key.
Do these exercises daily for a few minutes for each form, or you can start off slowly and do 1 form per day, and alternate throughout the week until you have mastered all the forms.
These exercises are to be performed slowly and you will feel an overall sense of well-being and relaxation.
This video is by Internationally-renowned Qigong Master Chunyi Lin.
