I have had acupuncture twice before coming to see Jane, and I can say that my experiences before were nothing like this one. When I first came to see her about 3 months ago, I came in with severe headaches. From the moment I would wake up to the moment I went to sleep I was in a lot of pain. It isn't typical for me to get headaches and being the person I am (I try to be very natural and go the alternative approach) I decided to give acupuncture a try.
My initial consultation was very very thorough. She makes sure to go through all of your past and current medical history, your daily lifestyle, and the present problem you want to address. I think what really made my experience amazing was that SHE LISTENS. I have seen here 3 times already and she has helped me with my headaches (haven't had one since).
I still continue to see her because she puts me at ease when I'm stressed!
