The basis and indeed the strength of Chinese Medicine is in its treatment to the whole of our health. Our bodies are never static; they constantly move in and out of balance. Using Chinese Medicine, we strive to bring the body balance by natural herbal medicines, acupuncture needling, and therapeutic touch. We can think of ourselves as ecosystems affected positively/negatively both by external and internal factors such as environment, food, habits, stress, emotions, and genetics.

When our health is optimal, our energy, digestion, elimination, sleep all work harmoniously. When our health is less than or far from optimal, the disharmony inside often manifests itself outside as well. Chinese Medicine is time-proven and its techniques safe for all ages--from infants to the elderly--and appropriate for a wide range of applications--from infertility for both women and men to pain and stress management.

Call us for a free 15 minute consultation to see how Light & Joy Acupuncture can help you achieve balance.
