I enjoy CrossFit as a form of exercise and am also a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
The main reason why I called this practice Box Acupuncture Traditional Chinese Medicine is because I like working with CrossFit athletes and appreciate the overall culture of CrossFit in general.
