Using the ancient art of Acupuncture, herbal and nutritional medicine combined with positive lifestyle changes, we are helping people like you reverse chronic health issues. I see myself, not only as a physician, but also as an educator. My mission is to help my patients live their most vibrant, healthy, enjoyable life possible. I believe that longevity and a higher quality of life is attainable for everyone.

It simply requires positive choices in lifestyle and medical modalities. Before you can make a choice for change someone has to educate you as to the fundamentals. My background in Eastern and Western medicine allows me to approach medical issues with a balance.

Acupuncture is a natural medicine therapy known globally and recognized for its positive therapeutic effects.
It is an ancient technique of inserting very fine, but durable needles into specific points of the body.
Such points, called acupoints, are never random - they are carefully mapped throughout the human body.
According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, millions of Americans use acupuncture each year, usually to treat chronic pain.
Our Acupuncturist in Melbourne has used this technique, in combination with herbal and nutritional medicine, and educating the patients, to help hundreds of individuals reverse chronic health issues.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has become hugely popular worldwide in recent years, but it is nothing new.
This field of medicine is associated with alternative medicinal procedures based on natural remedies.
However, there is still a lot of mystery around it.
Therefore, our board-certified physician of Chinese Medicine in Melbourne, FL, has taken it upon herself to educate people about Traditional Chinese Medicine.
TCM dates back to as far as 23 centuries ago!
Records show that acupuncture and Chinese herbal remedies were being used as long as 2,200 years ago.
Tui Na is a therapeutic massage, which involves acupressure.
This means the physician applies pressure with her fingers, instead of needles, to specific areas on the body to stimulate acupoints.
This treatment is used for the same reason as acupuncture, and according to the same principles - to harmonize the patient's Qi and promote healing.
Tui Na can relieve the symptoms of many musculoskeletal and emotional problems, such as insomnia, headaches, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and premenstrual syndrome.
Microneedling works in much the same way as acupuncture except we are targeting one major organ: the skin.
The goal is to stimulate the skin to rejuvenate by producing more collagen; in essence, reproducing the healing effect the body goes through when you have a cut.
This process results in a more youthful appearance as wrinkles, lines, scars, and discolorations are diminished.
Furthermore, enzymes called collagenase are stimulated.
These enzymes break down the old and misaligned collagen present in wrinkles, scars and stretch marks, and replaces this old collagen with new collagen.
We have all struggled in life with ourselves.
We sometimes do not know where life is taking us, if we are making the right decisions, or what we want to achieve.
Maybe we believe that the relationships we have with people are deteriorating, but we don't understand why.
Or maybe you don't know what to do in order to achieve your dreams.
It is okay.
We have all been there.
Lifestyle Coaching in Melbourne FL has been established to address exactly these struggles!
Think about a sports coach.
