Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the whole person - mind, body and spirit. As a practitioner of holistic medicine, I integrate conventional and acupuncture therapies to prevent and treat disease, and most importantly, to promote optimal health. I invite you to join me on this wonderful journey of healing. We offer a variety of services, including Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Breathing Meditation Classes.

With treatments focused on the root of the imbalance and not just the symptoms or disease, Acupuncture can treat an enormously wide range of conditions. We offer Breathing Meditation Classes. Learn to breathe, relax, and balance your energy. Our classes teach breathing techniques, light stretching, and various movements to help flow of chi. You will notice that you feel healthier and happier.

I am a physician and I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful Michael is!
I started going when I had knee and hip pain that was not improving with PT.
After two sessions I was dancing and working out again!
I highly recommend treatment with accupuncture especially the technique that Michael uses!
I am very grateful for his service and no longer living in pain.
Thank you, Michael you are amazing!
I have been to numerous acupuncture practitioners over the years, and Michael is by far the most skilled and effective.
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is an essential part of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It is based on ideas and theories formulated over thousands of years.
Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles into specific sites on the body chosen according to the guiding principles of Traditional Oriental Medicine.
Needles may also be used with an application of moxibustion, an herbal heat source.
Or sometimes, an electrical pulse is combined with the needles for increased stimulation.
How and where the needles are inserted encourages the body to promote natural healing by enhancing recuperative power, immunity, physical and emotional health and improves overall function and well-being.
