I'm Abigail, and my favorite thing to do is help people reduce stress, take control of their health, and feel better in their bodies! I especially love providing mental-emotional support for those suffering from anxiety and/or depression, and hormone regulation for those suffering from menopausal symptoms and menstrual complaints (PMS, cramping & pain, irregular cycles, etc).
