I loved the community acupuncture experience, and would recommend bringing a friend or two along--it was a great new experience for all of us, and it was fun to discuss the sensations we experienced.
I could easily see people going as a group here in the same way that lots of people go with friends for other 'spa-like' experiences. I walked away from the experience with greater clarity of mind--the little things that had been stressing me out were suddenly put into perspective. I found myself more able to think about problems which would normally upset me--instead of becoming upset, I was able to think rationally about these problems.
