Welcome to POINTZ ACUPUNCTURE in Woodland Park, CO! My name is Holly Sparks and I specialize in Pain Management, TCM Ophthalmology, Stress Management, and Oriental Medicine. I treat conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, Migraines/headaches, ankle, knee, neck, elbow, and shoulder pain, anxiety, mild depression, PTSD, etc, using acupuncture, herbs, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I take an integrated clinical approach to your problems and apply varied holistic techniques to help address both acute and chronic health issues. I believe that all aspects of a person must be in balance to achieve good health and happiness. Many people with degenerative eye conditions, such as macular degeneration, or diabetic retinopathy, may not know that Traditional Chinese Medicine offers hope in improving, recovering and preserving loss of vision.
We can help! We now offer a Holistic Acu-Vision Program for Degenerative Vision Loss with micro acupuncture, cold laser, educational classes, instructional home care, Chinese herbs, diet/nutritional information, and maintenance!

I had always wanted to learn martial arts since my teenage years.
Finally, I got my opportunity when a school opened up in the small Oklahoma town I lived in.
After practicing Korean martial arts for 10 years, I decided to learn Chinese Kung Fu.
Shifu would give us an herbal decoction (called dit dat jiao) to condition our hands for striking.
I was so fascinated that I did not bruise when I used this medicine, that I wanted to learn more!
Several years later, I started to experience hormonal changes and had every horrible symptom possible; hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia, fatigue, low libido.
