Came in yesterday with a terrible migraine, nausea and stiff joints, very stressed. Went home with NO migraine or nausea, more flexibility in neck and hands than I've had in months. Had best sleep ever, am eager to take on the day, energized and healthy. I have multiple medical issues including RA and fibromyalgia. At times, these conditions keep me almost bed-bound and taking handfuls of pills.
Now, I visit SCA once or twice a week and it reduces my pain level so much, I am able to keep functioning and enjoy life more. Thank your for your care!.

Acupuncture is remarkably simple.
Tiny needles are strategically placed in the body to influence the body's qi ("chee") and its flow through the meridian system.
This facilitates healing.
While studies show that acupuncture improves circulation and decreases inflammation, its exact mechanism remains a mystery.
In community acupuncture, we treat everything from headaches to back pain to digestive disorders with acupuncture points on the arms, legs and head.
This means that you can relax in a recliner, in loose, comfortable clothing to receive treatments.
