Christina is an amazingly talented acupuncturist.

She instantly put me at ease, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and helped me to understand Chinese medicine a little better. I have been seeing Christina regularly for the past 2 years. The acupuncture I received helped me with everything from allergies and pain relief, to helping me pass a kidney stone after three painful days of waiting for it to pass on it's own.
Services
Your first in-office visit lasts between 75 - 90 minutes.
Follow ups are approximately 60 minutes.
Facial Acupuncture visits are 90 minutes and require committing to a series of 10 treatments for best results.

Services are provided in our office within Dr. Lawrence Ruck's Sports Chiropractic Practice in Tarrytown at 200 S Broadway.
At this time we are not currently able to offer house calls.
Our office and practitioner are considered Out-of-Network providers with all insurance plans.
This gentle practice is suitable to all levels.
We begin with Yin Yoga and finish with an extended relaxation (savasana) with acupuncture.
We'll focus specifically on the Spleen and Stomach meridians as these are the dominant energy meridians in late summer, or "Fifth Season" as Traditional Chinese Medicine likes to call this time of year.
Benefits include detoxification and enhanced digestion, leading to improved overall energy flow and a more joyful disposition, more balanced emotions, and greater flexibility and adaptability to change.
