I'm a lifetime resident of New England and currently live in New Boston with my wife and our two boys.
I'm a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and attended college while serving at the 265th Combat Communication Squadron in my home state of Maine.
I graduated from the Sports Medicine Program at The University of New England, receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with minor studies in Athletic Training.

Missed appointments with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
You'll have up to 12 hours prior to your appoint to reschedule via the email/text confirmation or by contacting the shop directly.
Let us know as soon and possible if you need to make a change, there's no fee if we can fill your spot with another appointment.
We'll also make every attempt to fit you in the same day at a different time slot if needed at no charge!
