I am available for acupuncture treatments, Chinese herbal consultations, and Biodynamic craniosacral sessions to treat a wide range of health conditions. I welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine and how it may benefit your health. Diplomate in Chinese Herbology (the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, NCCAOM).
Registered Craniosacral Therapist, RCST, 2012 (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, BCTA/NA). In the course of my studies, I have had the unique opportunity to study Chinese medicine in its language and culture of origin (China). There is a phrase in Chinese, Ti Hui. There is no direct translation of ti hui into English - I think of it as learning, or comprehension, that is felt in the body.
One could think of it as a knowing that is deep enough that one can 'feel it in your bones'. I was fortunate to meet several wonderful teachers while in Beijing, all of whom helped me develop more ti hui of Chinese medicine.

Acupuncture, one of the primary treatment therapies in Chinese medicine, is used to restore balance to the physiological systems of the body and promote health.
I came to study acupuncture because of my interest in Chinese herbology.
Fortunately, I found acupuncture to be as compelling and intriguing as the herbal medicine.
These are some of the advanced training programs I've taken after receiving my Master's degree in Acupuncture.
Acupuncture is more than just needles.
The Chinese word for acupuncture consists of two characters - needle plus moxibustion.

BioSynchronistics is a gentle manual method to relieve physical imbalances.
It was developed by Cheryl Wilbur, PT and Carol Tschirpke, PT of Quality Physical Therapy, Inc.
A fellow faculty member at the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) introduced me to BioSynchronistics.
She has been a teaching assistant for the program for years.
The method sounded interesting, and I had several sessions of just BioSynchronistics with her.
Wow! Instantly relaxing, with very light touch.
When standing afterwards, I felt like my feet were solidly on the ground - my entire body felt solidly present (in a good way).
