Our clinic is located in the Uluniu Square building. This is a one story green colored office building. The entry door is on the side of the building farthest from the street. Easiest parking is in the public garage located on Aulike Street. Drive past our building, make a right turn on the first street, which is Aulike, then turn right at the entry to the garage.
If you walk out the opposite side of the garage you are walking towards our office. The garage does not have an elevator, so the lower level is inconvenient for someone on crutches or using a cane. There are several handicapped spaces as you drive towards the parking garage. We have coins for the meter if you forget.

An important component of my practice is teaching meditation and Qi Gong.
The meditation is a form known as Calm Abiding.
It is simple to teach, easy to learn, and very effective for conditions such as high blood pressure, insomnia, and anxiety.
This type of Qi Gong is an internal (mental or Nei Gong) style performed seated.
This makes it appropriate for patients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's syndromes, MS, motor neuron disease, arthritis, or difficulties with balance.
Classes in meditation and Nei Gong are generally held in Kailua.

Through many activities, including operating a clinic, treating hospice patients, and previously in the military, wilderness rescue, fire service, and other activities while I was refining my path, I learned two things.
First, death is merely the opposite of birth; it is an event that often defines the completeness that one personality has achieved during their experience as a human being.
Second, neither medicine nor any other action ever "saves" a person's life.
