Carly is an NCCAOM nationally board certified acupuncturist, providing health support for people of all ages, and treating a wide range of conditions. Her modalities include gentle acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, gua sha, trigger point acupuncture/dry needling, moxa heat therapy, electro-acupuncture, and herbal formulas. She has trained in traditional acupuncture styles with Takahiro Funamizu, Tracy Thorne, and Maya Suzuki.
Her background includes over a decade practicing as a massage therapist in integrative clinics, and working as a nurse's aid in hospice and home health. In addition to clinical practice, she teaches continuing education for acupuncturists and writes about Eastern medicine. She also provides acupuncture and advocacy for hospice care, a type of work that is close to her heart.

Your initial visit will consist of a lengthy discussion about your main concerns as well as a comprehensive review of your current state of health.
A full length treatment will follow the intake.
After your initial visit, you will only need to book followup appointments, where we will discuss your progress and any new issues that may arise, with the majority of the hour spent on the treatment.
