We are a low-cost clinic in Austin, TX providing Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs on a sliding scale to anyone and everyone. Our mission is to bring Chinese medicine to individuals who have not had the opportunity to receive its benefits either due to lack of finances and/or exposure to this resource. We provide acupuncture treatments in a comfortable and friendly group setting.

This acupuncture model allows us to treat more people and keep costs low so patients can afford to make it part of their wellness program and increase the potential for successful healing. N.A.P. WILL BE OPERATING w LIMITED APPOINTMENTS TO ALLOW FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CLEANING BETWEEN PATIENTS.
Services
We are located at the SE corner of Airport Blvd and 381/2 St., just behind the Shell gas station.
Driving South on Airport Blvd, turn left on 381/2 St. (the first street after the Mueller development site) and turn right into the complex immediately after the Shell Gas station.
Driving North on Airport Blvd., pass Manor and turn right into the steep driveway immediately before the Shell Gas station.
Our volunteers are central to making N.A.P. work.
Without having to pay the overhead of having a staff, we can cut costs and keep our fees low.
We are looking for individuals in the community to donate time in the following areas.
We are also in the process of building a resource library for our patients and are accepting donations of books explaining the theories of Oriental Medicine.
Laura is a licensed acupuncturist and herbal therapist with over 17 yrs experience in healthcare.
She is a graduate from Smith College in Northampton, MA and received her Masters in Oriental Medicine from AOMA in Austin, TX.
Laura worked for the American Cancer Society for 7 yrs.
Through her work, Laura became painfully aware of the numerous patients who fall through the cracks either because of lack of coverage, lack of commitment from the health care team or lack of resources in the patient's community.
This is the greatest place I have ever been to.
Each practitioner has their own style but this is Truly an Austin example of helping people and being rewarded for your good deeds.
I could not continue with treatments elsewhere because both my husband and myself lost our jobs.
I am so grateful for NAP and how it has helped me stay off of medications that the western doctors had me hooked on for years.
I have sacrificed paying some bills to be able to spent the time having the sessions that I seriously believe are saving my body and my mind.
