She attended the California Institute of Integral Studies and studied for three years in the East West Psychology MA/PhD program before going on to Pacific College of Oriental Medicine where she studied both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese herbs.
Jeanne graduated Summa Cum Laude from this four year program earning a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Oriental Medicine and has been in practice for twenty four years.
