Dr. Mara Canizzaro is a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of traditional Chinese medicine specializing in pain management, stress reduction, women's health, sleep disorders, digestion, facial rejuvenation, Ayurveda, and mind-body balance. She received both her Masters and Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Prior to medicine, Dr. Mara earned a degree at Harvard Divinity School studying the intersection and evolution of religion and medicine in Tibet, India, and China from historical times to the modern day. In addition to her deep love of people, the ocean, and avocados, Dr. Mara finds great meaning and joy in sharing this incredible medicine and all it has to offer with her patients.

If these insurances cover acupuncture, then your out-of-pocket expense will only be a co-pay per treatment.
