Regardless of the type of treatment, rest assured that you will be treated gently and I'll make sure that you are as comfortable as possible!
If this is your first treatment we will discuss your current health concerns and spend time doing a thorough intake.
If this is a follow up visit to the office, the discussion time will be much less and we will start in on the treatment after an initial check-in.
Treatments are generally done with you lying on a massage table.
If that is too difficult I can also treat you sitting in a chair.
