Acupuncture For Wellness
By providing individual treatments in a comfortable group setting, we can make this effective health care affordable for everyone. Our sliding scale is $20 to $40 per treatment (additional $10 fee for first visits). You choose the amount that allows you to come as often as you need to get better and stay better. The truth is, we haven't encountered many conditions/symptoms that acupuncture doesn't help.

That's probably because acupuncture works to restore balance in your body and kickstart and support your natural ability to heal.
Services
Sarah Baden, LAc. is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Oregon, and is certified by the NCCAOM (National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University, she continued her studies at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
There, she received a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
She loves to use acupuncture to find the connection between the physical symptoms and the mental/emotional stressors we all experience, and to create a balance and well-being within.
Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most common and dependable medical therapies in the world.
It is simple, safe and effective health care.
Acupuncturists use thin, sterile, disposable needles inserted superficially into specific areas of the body in order to help the body's ability to heal.
Our experience tells us acupuncture can reliably and safely decrease pain and inflammation, quiet spasms, boost immunity, dispel migraines, shrink swelling, relieve pain in almost any location, regulate hormones, cut recovery time from surgery almost in half, calm anxiety, lift depression, restore mobility, improve digestion, and create a deep feeling of rest.
Acupuncture For Wellness is part of a growing network of clinics working to transform health care by making acupuncture accessible and affordable to all.
There are more than 300 community acupuncture clinics in this country today!
What's the big idea?
Acupuncture works best when you can have regular, frequent treatments.
For most of us, the cost of private one-on-one treatments makes it impossible to get as much acupuncture as we need.
By treating people in a group setting, community acupuncture clinics can afford to lower their fees while providing high-quality, personalized care to each patient.
We provide community acupuncture.
You'll get a personalized treatment in a quiet room filled with big, comfy recliners, and you'll be in good company.
It's a little like a group nap.
When you come for your first visit, we'll spend a little time talking about what you need help with and going over your health history.
Then we'll make a plan for how often and for how long you should come.
There's a small amount of paperwork for new patients.
Come a few minutes early to fill it out or download it ahead of time.
I came to Acupuncture For Wellness for a specific problem and have noticed that as this problem is being treated all other parts of my body improve including my emotions!
In other words, my whole life is improving and I am grateful to see this because the sliding scale allows me to get treated on a regular and long term basis.
I could always see the tremendous value of acupuncture however before the sliding scale concept I never got treated more than a few times due to the cost.
Thank you Sarah!
