A treatment to realign your mind, body, and spirit by unblocking stagnant areas in your body using extremely thin needles. Natural herbal remedies in tablet, powdered, or tinctured form that's carefully selected to your specific needs. I was born with a gift - a gift that was disguised as anxiety, depression, fatigue, chronic pain, and overall poor health.

All this suffering. I have never done acupuncture before so I was a bit wary about trying it but Dr. Yeung was very professional and his calm presence put me at ease. I felt a few tiny pinches and before I knew it, I felt great relief in my neck and shoulder where there once was great stress and pain. I also really appreciated the fact that he did a holistic evaluation, even checking my tongue and providing meditation tips to give insight into how I can lead a healthier lifestyle.

After this initial experience, I am definitely a believer in acupuncture. I saw Peter to get acupuncture treatment for a sore neck and feeling lethargic. After he diagnosed my situation, the acupuncture sessions became a weekly routine for several months where I was able to fully relax my body and my mind for an hour.

All this suffering led me on an amazing journey of healing and self-discovery.
In 2001, as an exchange student in Hong Kong, I met a famous doctor by the name of Choi Sifu.
I would go to him for help with my poor health.
He worked in a small clinic in the Yau Ma Tei District, tending to over 100 people per day.
My mother had daily migraines for 20 years.
We went to see so many doctors and specialists but it was only till Doctor Choi's sessions that she was able to feel better.
The daughter and her mother both cried when sharing this story to other patients.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient system of healing that originated in China more than 3,000 years ago.
It involves many branches such as Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Tuina (Chinese massage & Acupressure), and Chi Kung (energy work & meditation).
What makes Traditional Chinese Medicine amazing is its ability to view the human body as a whole, taking into consideration the patient's physical, mental, and emotional state.
Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile needles that are gently inserted into specific acu-points.
Please wear loose-fitting clothing.
We do have shorts for you to change into if you do not have loose-fitting clothing.
Most of the needles will be placed on the arm and legs so we will need those areas exposed.
I will ask you questions about your sleep, energy levels, digestion system, bowels, and more.
After we will come to a diagnosis of why you are having your main health concern.
I'll discuss the treatment options to you which will include acupuncture frequency.
It may also include herbal medicine and diet modifications.
