Each patient's initial visit would be a thorough evaluation to formulate a customized treatment plan. We emphasize one-on-one expert attention and hands-on treatment with patient education on proper body mechanics, posture and home exercise programs.

Sophie is a graduate of the physical therapy program from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1993.
She has worked as a licensed physical therapist in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient & outpatient hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice settings.
Sophie has gained her extensive physical therapy experience in treating many musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
In pursuit of more knowledge and skills to help patients from a holistic approach, Sophie completed her training and received her Master's Degree in Acupuncture from the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2001.
She has worked as a licensed physical therapist in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient & outpatient hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice settings.
