We are saddened to announce the permanent closure of our office. Difficulties with the pandemic have coincided with changes in insurance reimbursement that have made our closing inevitable. Our patients have always been our priority and we would like to make the following referrals to providers in the area, for your convenience. I want to express my extreme appreciation and gratitude for all who have trusted me with their care.
