To ensure your health and safety, CDC compliant policies are in place in the office to keep all of us as safe as possible. Chinese Medicine is a system of holistic health care that has been in existence for more than 3,000 years. It encompasses acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet therapy, massage techniques, and qigong. It works by guiding the body back to its natural state of balance.

Acupuncture promotes circulation of blood and energy through the body. Needles are thin and generally painless. Inserted into specially selected acupoints they can assist in pain relief or bring healing to internal or external health concerns. Stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, back pain, arthritis, headaches, allergies, insomnia, PMS, infertility, menopausal symptoms, IBS, and gastritis are just a few of the conditions it can treat.

My emphasis is on helping patients achieve their best possible health. Using a combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle changes, I can often not only help with persistent conditions, but also improve a patient's general well being and happiness.

Acupuncture originated in China over 3,000 years ago and is presently used as a primary health care system throughout much of the world.
It is a method of balancing and building the body's life force or energy known as "Qi."
Acupuncturists recognize particular pathways called "meridians" through which this energy circulates.
Oriental medicine views disease as the result of an imbalance or blockage in the body's natural energy flow.
Such imbalance manifests in physical, emotional and psychosomatic stress-related disorders.
Whether it is a minor fender -bender or a more serious collision, you could be left with pain and discomfort.
Seeking care right away can make a major difference in your recovery and reduce the chances of a long-term health problem.

A white paper co-produced by six organizations of acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) titled "Acupuncture's Role in Solving the Opioid Epidemic" revealed widespread usage of acupuncture in addiction treatment.
Psycho Spiritual Acupuncture believes that treating a patient at the level of consciousness affects all other body systems.
Emotional and spiritual health lie at the heart of Chinese Medicine, where it is taught that our bodies follow our energy, and our energy follows our consciousness.
In traditional Chinese medicine, emotions and physical health are intimately connected.
Sadness, nervous tension and anger, worry, fear, and overwork are each associated with a particular organ in the body.
For example, irritability and inappropriate anger can affect the liver and result in menstrual pain, headache, redness of the face and eyes, dizziness and dry mouth.
