I highly recommend this place for stress relief and overall wellness. I was initially hesitant to try acupuncture and red light therapy, but my wife spoke so highly of Dr. Tiffany and the benefits of holistic health that I decided to give it a shot. Dr. Tiffany is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to ask thoughtful, purposeful questions to truly understand the root of your pain. After just a few sessions, I started feeling so much bettersleeping well again without the constant pain and stress. Its been a game-changer for me, and Im so glad I gave it a try!

Dr. Tiffany is literally the best there is! Not only is she the sweetest ever, but she genuinely cares so much about her patients. I've been seeing her for almost a year now for acupuncture, red light therapy, and more recently, exercise with oxygen therapy. Dr. Tiffany Kristensen is amazing! I discovered Dr. Tiffany when I was having some upper & lower respiratory issues and wanted to find a practitioner who would treat the issue and not just the symptoms, without drugs. Dr. Tiffany said I had pneumonia and prescribed acupuncture and Chinese herbs. After 1 treatment of acupuncture and 1 dose of herbs, I was at least 80% better! I was amazed at how quickly I began to heal after fighting this for 3 weeks. After recovering from pneumonia, I began seeing her for over-active bladder issues. I was getting up 3-5 times per night and it was interfering with sleeping. Now, it is rare if I get up more than once per night and sometimes not at all. Also, I am not running to the restroom every 30 minutes like before. I can go 3-4 hours without using the restroom now! Last, but not least, I have had acupuncture in the past from different practitioners and have felt the needles each time they were inserted; not with Dr. Tiffany and, as someone who is deathly afraid of needles, I look forward to visits with Dr. Tiffany. She is a top-notch professional who loves what she does and loves helping her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Tiffany for anything that ails you you wont be disappointed!

Highly recommend acupuncture and herbal therapy from Dr. Tiffany! She helped get my GI system back on track after gall bladder surgery and I cant thank her enough for her amazing care. Additionally, she recommended herbal therapies for cold/flu prevention that have helped me greatly with 3 little kids and all the bugs that come into our home. I also love all of the meditations she recommended and the overall experience of going for treatments at her clinic. She listens and helps get to the root of health problems. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

She takes the time to help her patients understand the issues that they are dealing with and how her various modalities work And can address many health concerns. Vibe gives me my own kind of vibe. I see Tiffany for acupuncture, super human, PEMF therapy (my knee pain), and my absolute favorite, red light therapy bed! There has been many times my family has not felt well. Tummy bug or a bad cold, and Vibe has given us the herbs to get through what ever illness we are battling a little quicker. I started seeing Dr. Tiffany while I we were trying to grow our family. However the results I saw were not only with my fertility but with my stress and anxiety management too. I weaned off of my anxiety medicine and the relief I got after an acupuncture session was instant. Where I previously had poor sleep habits and TMJ pain, it was replaced with better sleep quality and relief from that jaw pain. I have had wonderful interactions and treatments at Vibe Holistic. Tiffany is very knowledgeable and takes her time to listen and come up with a plan. I also did the Lympatic/ presso therapy as i have been looking for something to move my lymph is a relaxed way ( opposed to jumping up and down or vibrating plates) This therapy was very effective and relaxing. The place is clean and front desk is very nice as well.

12 out of 10 recommend the new lymphatic compression machine! Its about a 45 minute relaxing yet highly detoxifying session. Personally I experienced immediate fatigue (that resulted in 9 hours of deep, restorative sleep) followed by 48 hours of heightened energy that I felt all the way down to my toes. Definitely drink water after as your body gets right to work & rids itself of any lingering toxins. I tried both offerings for eye coverings ~ a heated massaging eye mask & red light.

I was trying to get pregnant for a while, but had repetitive miscarriages. Before Vibe / Tiffany I tried another acupuncturist with lots of reviews, very expensive, very painful for the process. The result was a couple of unsuccessful preganancies with miscarriages. Vibe / Tiffany was the last try before IVF.
