Dr. John was referred to me by an acupuncturist in Tampa who I was unable to visit since I live in Orlando but he knew about the great work he does. I've had major left shoulder discomfort and neck issues from computer work and car accidents and whatever else happens as you age, just thought I would need to "live with it" but after 1 treatment, my shoulder was happier than it has been in over a year.

He also helped with recent hip pain aggravated by moving into the new office and lots of stairs! The neck pain has also gotten soooo much better after only 3 treatments. He really listens, target treats, and educates you on what's happening to your muscles and body. Highly recommend and I've already passed out several cards to co-workers and clients.

I Saw Dr. Jon today and all I can say is I wish that I had heard of him SOONER! He's incredibly professional and genuine. He really took his time listening to my concerns, asking his questions, making assessments, and treatment plans. Not only was I very comfortable, I felt like I was in a safe space to speak with him freely and without judgement.

The treatment itself was mind blowing and I felt instant relief from the beginning. I've had numerous treatments that have temporarily relieved my pains, but I could really feel Dr. Jon accessing parts of my muscles that I've never felt anyone really hit before. I saw Dr. Jon Kukor after a meniscus trim and a fracture to the medial tibia. I could NOT get my knee back to an acceptable level. I have never had acupuncture. I was skeptical and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Jon treated me for approximately 3-4 months for a couple days a week. I had almost instant results and improved a great deal. My knee is probably 50% better in just a short time of seeing Dr. Jon after almost 10 months of p/t, meds, ice, heat that all failed to help. Dr. Jon used various methods which opened my eyes to the fact that acupuncture is much more complex than I ever knew. Dr. Jon is very polite and professional, likeable, and the process was easy and welcoming. There were other benefits regarding anxiety and stress reduction that were an added bonus.

Jon is truly one of the best out there. If you are an athlete with an injury (or looking to prevent one) & looking for relief - you need to see him ASAP! He is so thorough, produces amazing results, and is so kind & easy to talk to. He has not just helped, but HEALED numerous injuries for me throughout my dance journey (ankle, hamstring & shoulder/arm injury) with acupuncture and the other modalities that he uses. I can't say enough amazing things about Jon! Thank you for all you have done for me!

Dr. Kukor has been helping me get over the final stages of frozen shoulder/impingement. I appreciate his patience, skill and tenacity at helping me resolve my shoulder issues. If you haven't tried acupuncture, you should give it a chance. I am very pleased with the results.

I've had a fantastic experience with Jon Kukor at Orlando Alternative Health. He's knowledgeable and professional. He has helped me gain back range of motion and greatly decrease pain through dry needling treatments. I saw him today after dislocating my shoulder yesterday. Granted I am still in the inflammation phase, which is normal and healthy, his treatments immediately helped me regain function and strength in the shoulder. I'm glad I found him as easing the discomfort during this process has been incredibly helpful. I can't recommend him enough

Received excellent service and treatment for the Sciatica issues I was having. After a few sessions the pain I had was completely resolved. John is professional and easy to talk too. In my sessions, I felt he made it his top priority to help me find relief from the pain/issues I was experiencing. The space was clean and calming.

I've always been apprehensive about acupuncture/dry needling BUT I had my 1st session w/ Dr. Kukor today and OH MY! It was amazing! He is very knowledgable and explains everything that's happening. He took his time and I never once felt rushed. Bravo to this practice and I cant wait for round 2!

I highly recommend checking out Jon for acupuncture. I was very skeptical about trying it at first, but Jon did an amazing job acclimating me into this amazing practice. I was having some major problems with pain, energy and overall mood/attitude. After the first session, there was no drastic change because my specific pain would take more sessions. However, what really amazed me after the first session was how much better I was feeling mood-wise.

I've been seeing Jon now for over 5 months (probably 9-10 sessions now), and I couldn't be happier with my results. The pain has declined/diminished. My energy is better. My attitude is much happier. Thank you Jon, and I look forward to more!

Jon essentially got me through my PHD program. His sessions kept me from reaching burnout as he knew exactly what to do to help me with recovery and injury. I am very thankful to have found Jon after moving to Orlando. He has helped me countless times in moments of need. Missing training time as an athlete can really set you back and there have been times I have walked into Jon's practice sure that I would not be able to train the next day because of a tight muscle or other physical ailment. But each time he has been able to find the immediate fix to allow me get on with my training.

That is invaluable to me. Beyond that, his holistic approach has helped me to keep balanced long term wellness and prevent further injury. He has extensive knowledge of the body and is always continuing to learn which I really appreciate.
