Pearl Acupuncture is a patient-focused practice with offices in Richardson and Rockwall, Texas. Our customized treatments help people improve their health and well being by reducing chronic pain, eliminating inflammation, and restoring balance and proper functioning to the body. Pearl Acupuncture specializes in chronic pain relief, sports injuries, and women's fertility issues.

There is no additional charge if more than one treatment method is required.

Originally from Richardson, Texas, Dr. Russell attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
After 10 years of working in the marketing industry, she decided to follow in her grandmother's footsteps and become an acupuncturist.
She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Texas Health and Science University, and earned her Doctorate at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a focus on diabetes prevention and management.
Pearl Acupuncture uses a combination of acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, herbs, and other modalities to help with chronic pain relief, women's fertility, and other common ailments.
We are proud to offer telehealth services for $45.
These 30 minute sessions are available to book online, and offer dietary, lifestyle and herbal consultation, as well as a few acupressure points.

Through all of the ever-changing diet fads, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has always stuck to dietary recommendations based on a person's constitution or a diagnosis by Chinese medicine doctors and acupuncturists based on signs and symptoms, including examination of the tongue and pulse.
Your first acupuncture treatment should take about an hour and a half.
Please try to arrive early to fill out intake forms.
Your appointment will include 15-20 minutes to address the reason for your visit and allow for any questions.
You will then experience a full acupuncture treatment.
At the end of the treatment, we will explain your treatment plan, including any herbs that are recommended.
Follow up treatments run 45-60 minutes, depending on the issue being treated.
This depends on the person and the issue being treated.
