Initial visits are scheduled for an hour and a half because we want time to get to know you as well as your health concerns.
Upon making an appointment our office will send you a link to our patient portal and copies of the intake forms.
Please fill out your new patient paper work ahead of time and send or bring any pertinent labs, medications or supplements to your first visit.

Although I truly feel that beauty is more than skin deep, I also recognize that helping patients feel better about their appearance will help mitigate other health problems.
