An acupuncture treatment will generally last 40-60 minutes, with the exception of our first meeting which may take a little longer as we get to know each other and get a clear sense of our goals in working together.
A treatment will generally begin with checking in for a few minutes, followed by an exam in which the practitioner will feel the pulse, examine the tongue, and assess pain and mobility.

Please call me if you have questions regarding your coverage, or contact your insurance company and ask if I am an in-network provider.
For those patients whose insurance covers "out of network" practitioners, I can bill the company for you, or provide a receipt that you can give to your insurance company for reimbursement.
