I spent Labor Day in the ER, sure I was having a heart attack - clammy, nauseous, short of breath, dizzy - every test came back perfect, cardiac & liver enzymes, blood pressure, glucose, chest x-ray, ultrasound of the legs (looking for a blood clot).
