Patients rest in chairs in a large room instead of in their own private room. I feel intensely great for the rest of the day after I have a session. Laura is in the office Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8-4. Sheila is in the office Monday 12-5. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so this doesn't interfere with your treatment time.
You will then meet privately with your practitioner who will go over your paperwork, discuss your reason for coming in, and answer any questions you might have.
You will then proceed to an acupuncture chair.
Once you are comfortable, the practitioner will insert the needles and allow you to rest.
We recommend you stay for at least 30 minutes and some people choose to relax up to 45 minutes.
