My parents introduced me to Autumn and the idea of acupuncture. I listened to them rave about how great they felt after and the lasting benefits they felt. I was actually given a gift certificate by my mother to push me into going- I waited almost an entire year to use it. I went in nervous and not knowing what to expect. After a brief online survey and a discussion with Autumn we set out a plan.

My goals were to reduce pain and discomfort associated with endometriosis and poly cystic ovaries after three major surgeries while regulating my cycles. After only four months of visits every other week I can honestly say it is the most relief I have had in years. Not only is Autumn extremely talented and professional she also is one of the most caring and open minded people I have met.
Services
My path began as a Social Worker where I provided mental and behavioral health therapy to youth and families.
I also worked for a few years in the substance abuse prevention field.
From those experiences grew my desire to provide holistically approached mental health and substance abuse care.
While also understanding the magnitude of our current opioid epidemic I became determined to help individuals find natural pain relief with the hope of decreasing the possibility of opioid addiction later on.
