Services
I've been in the community for 25 years practicing Acupuncture and other forms of healing medicine.
My practice has always centered on providing alternative approaches to help people deal with the challenges in their lives, whether body, mind or spirit.
When I was first treated with acupuncture in 1988 it changed my life.
I had been introduced to Tai Qi by a high school teacher.
That began my curiosity with traditions other than my own.
Then as I looked for deeper answers to my many questions for a happy and healthy life, I looked to both west and east for answers.

Does acupuncture hurt?
The sensations that patients experience during acupuncture range from nothing at all to a brief ache or heaviness in the area being needled.
Some points are more sensitive than others.
By and large patients describe the sensations as fleeting and deeply relaxing.
Why would I see an acupuncturist?
Many patients begin acupuncture treatment to find relief from a wide range of physical conditions.
What often begins as a concern over several symptoms often transforms into deep personal healing that reaches far beyond the physical condition.
