Joe grew up interested in several sports.
Starting with baseball and really falling in love with basketball.
Once Joe began weight lifting at 16 years old he started to study movement.
He realized he had an obsession with the way the body moves.
Joe was constantly researching and working on ways to get his own body to move quicker, stronger, and prevent injuries.
After only a few months, he was able to grab the rim with 2 hands at a height of only 5'9.
Fast forward into his 20's, Joe began personal training while also experiencing some of his own injuries.
