Aging concerns? Don't let those things become you. Start your path to wellness today and see what a 3,000 year old form of medicine can do to help you feel your best. All Ways Well started in 2006 as my vision to empower people to heal using the full gamut of tools available in the Chinese Medicine toolbox. This includes not only Acupuncture but also Gua Sha, Tuina, Cupping, Herbs, Supplements, Dietary and Lifestyle Counseling, Qigong and Meditation.

I bring all of these tools to the table to help patients heal and reach their full health and wellness potential. I am proud to be accomplishing this goal in downtown La Center, WA. With training in Chinese Medicine, Foot Reflexology, Manaka and Kiiko style Japanese Acupuncture (super gentle!) and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (Botox? Pshaw!, I help my patients both look and feel their best.

I've been honored to win consecutive Nattie Awards from Natural Awakenings Magazine from 2014 thru 2019 and I love doing what I do: Helping people Be Well and Stay Well in Every Way.

Acupuncture - Acupuncture is your most comprehensive road to wellness, encompassing not only acupuncture, but Chinese dietary and lifestyle advice as well as herbs when necessary.
My journey to becoming a Chinese Medicine provider started when I was 9 years old growing up in Pacifica, California - just outside San Francisco where I was born.
My mother was (mis)diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and when western medicine provided no answer or relief, she turned to Chinese medicine and found help.
Every week from the time I was 9 until I left for Portland at 18, I would accompany my mom to see Dr. Yat Ki Lai in San Francisco's Chinatown to get Acupuncture and bring home a big bag of leaves, twigs and bugs which we'd brew into tea.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the principle of Qi or Vital Energy and that your Vital Energy and physical body are intimately intertwined.
Essentially, where Qi goes the body will follow and vice versa.
Therefore, when your Qi is in balance, your physical, mental and emotional self will also be in balance.
Acupuncture works by using hair-thin needles to access Qi through the surface of the body at specific acu-points.
By balancing the bodies' Qi, acupuncture balances the physical body in turn.
They carry an additional charge based on time performed as part of or in addition to treatment.
All providers can bill any plan that includes Out of Network coverage, that is an Auto Insurance (PIP) claim and all Worker's Comp claims.
All Ways Well does NOT accept Oregon Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna or Humana at this time, though practitioners can provide you with a superbill which you can submit for reimbursement after treatment if you prefer.
For instance - a longer or more complex intake (office visit code) dictates using a more complex office visit code when billing and this incurs a higher fee.
