Cupping is the use of small glass cups or bulbs to suction, or pull up on skin and muscles.
This technique releases muscle tension and promotes blood flow to certain areas of the body.
Beckie uses cupping often to alleviate muscle pain and tension, especially in the back, hips, shoulders, and neck.
When done correctly, cupping is not painful.
It can feel like a massage, relieving stress and promoting relaxation.
According to Chinese Medicine, nutrition and food therapy is considered one of the most effective ways to help the body heal.
