I am no longer providing in-person services in the Phoenix, AZ area. I provide herbal medicine and functional medicine services via telemedicine to anyone located in the continental USA. I provide in-person cold laser acupoint therapy at offices in Lambertville, MI and Toledo, OH. High Vitality Health Care focuses on helping you reclaim or maintain high vitality with functional nutrition, professional herbal medicine and cold laser acupuncture.

Functional nutrition and herbal medicines are the oldest continually practiced medical methods in the world. Functional nutrition consists of giving your body the nutrients it needs to maintain structure, function and metabolism. It will promote physical, mental and emotional health, as well as longer life. If you give your body what it needs, it does an amazing job of healing itself.

Herbal medicines are a type of intensive nutrition therapy. Humans have been using minerals, plants and animals for medicine for literally millions of years. You have probably already used at least one herbal medicine product: Aspirin.

Tracy Minton is a unique practitioner who has a deep passion for holistic medicine, and seamlessly weaves together a uniquely effective blend of experience and methods to help clients awaken their authentic gifts and expression to live a more joy filled, purposeful life, with greater health and ease.
After achieving her acupuncture certification, Tracy realized that she had a gift for and prefers helping people understand and release mental and emotional factors contributing to poor health.
She continued her training in hypnosis therapy, holistic counseling, and nutritional coaching.
Before becoming acupuncturists both Tracy and I were acupuncture patients.
We decided to become acupuncturists after we got great benefit from Chinese medical treatments for skin, allergies, digestive and musculoskeletal complaints.
However, as patients, our budgets did not permit us to get acupuncture as frequently as necessary for maximum benefits, nor to continue with stress relief and preventive health care treatments.
Many studies indicate that acupuncture must be applied 1-3 times weekly for 3-10 treatments to restore health in acute conditions, and chronic conditions may require 20-30 treatments.
Our affordable fees will enable you to get acupuncture, custom herbal medicine, hypnotherapy, nutrition guidance, C.O.R.E.
We do not accept insurance plans because the cost of processing insurance claims would dramatically increase the cost of services at our clinic.
Your first visit includes a private consultation with examination and evaluation of your health condition, a 20 minute acupuncture treatment appropriate for your condition, and, if appropriate, a prepared herbal medicine recommendation and medicinal food recommendations appropriate for your condition (cost of herbs not included).
If you are coming for a chronic condition, also download, fill and bring our systems survey OR come to your appointment about 25 minutes early.
Allow 60-75 minutes for your first acupuncture appointment, 30-45 minutes for follow-up treatments.
We process payments for flexible spending accounts and health care savings accounts.
However, we do not belong to any insurance provider networks (PPO or HMO) or process insurance at this time.
Doing so would increase our cost and force us to raise our rates.
The health history form asks for information about your current state of health and past illnesses.
The systems survey asks for information about your current symptoms.
We need this information because we treat you as a whole individual, not just a single symptom, so we take all of your symptoms into account.
During your first visit, we will review these forms and discuss your situation.
Then we will perform any indicated examinations (such as examining your pulse and tongue, two basic diagnostic methods of Chinese medicine) to collect signs that well help us determine your pattern of imbalance.
