While I want everyone to get better with only one treatment, that's not realistic. Real healing is actually kind of slow and it is not linear; it's a series of ups and downs, progress and minor setbacks. Just as I have to be patient with myself about this, I ask that patients are realistic about this. I'm not for everyone, and I don't take on just anyone as a patient.

This is the part most people are familiar with--tiny, flexible needles are inserted into acupuncture points in the body in order to restore blood flow, remove stagnation, boost production of stem cells, calm and regulate the nervous system.
We say that we use the needles to "move Qi".
