A 1-hour session where the practitioner assesses your body constitution and your current imbalances.
This will result in a plan to restore one's original body constitution (dosha).
This plan involves the client's active participation in improving diet, lifestyle, mental state and sometimes detoxifying practices - depending on the season.
An Ayurvedic Cleanse is a 10-14 day protocol for detoxifying the body passages and helping to reset the metabolism.
Usually done twice a year: in spring and autumn, it's a natural time to decongest the lymphatic system, reset your digestion, release aches and pains and increase energy.
