You can either wear loose fitting comfortable clothes or if you are coming from the office you will be asked to disrobe in privacy for access to limbs, torso or the abdomen as needed.

You will be offered the opportunity to have heat on the table (if appropriate).
We have a Amethyst far infrared BioMat, benefits of this BioMat can include reduction of pain, improved sleep and stress reduction.
