Rachael DeLuca completed her 4-year medical training in Classical Chinese Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, earning a Master's of Science. She is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (NM), and is also a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
After running her own clinic of 6 years in Kansas City, MO, she continued her studies in Estes Park, Colorado, completing a 4 month residency program in Qi Gong and Therapeutic Tai Chi instructed by a renowned Daoist priest from Wu Dang Mountain, China. Rachael attended high school in Marquette, MI and has recently returned to continue her practice at Rohana Yoga.
Rachael also has her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is very happy to be serving the community in the Upper Peninsula. She believes in the medicine of the heart. Her philosophy on longevity is to know what truly brings us joy. If we continually explore the voice of the heart, then we will live in what we love, and the body, mind, and spirit will fall in harmony.
